We have internship positions open at Autism Collab. The internship may last between three and six months. You will work closely with and be involved in the entire life cycle of high-quality and agile software development. You will be exposed to the latest development in the cloud, websites, and IT management, apply your creative thinking skills to make a tangible impact on children with autism.

Requirements
• Currently enrolled in an MS program in Computer Science, Design, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in UI/UX design
• 1+ years of experience in website design
• 2+ years of experience programming in Python, JavaScript or Unity
• Passionate about UI design and overall user experience
• Understanding of traditional and contemporary design standards (typography, UI/UX, color theory and branding)
• Work authorization in the US
• Ability to communicate design decisions to any audience
• Independent thinker with an ability to tell a story digitally with responsive design experience
•Knowledge of web-based UI development technologies such as HTML, CSS, React.js etc.
Responsibilities
• Sketch, design, test, and improve a continuous the basis for inventing, trying and communicating new ideas
• Design web pages that demonstrate the value of our platform
• Use your visual and digital design skills to help us tell beautiful stories and create an intuitive, powerful, and software experience for our users
• Develop user interfaces from low-fidelity wireframes to
pixel-perfect interactive mockups across desktop, embedded and web
• Understand the value of mockups and fast prototyping as tools in your creative process
• Bonus: Video Editing skills
